Planning a business meeting, family gathering, or other private party? Look no further. Bucks Run Golf Club proudly boasts two private meeting spaces that can host a smaller board meeting, larger seminars or holiday parties. With A/V equipment available and a wide variety of menu options, our venue is a perfect fit for your next meeting or company party.
For a smaller meeting, our VIP Room can accommodate up to 32 guests. The VIP Room also features a screen and projector, access to a phone for conferencing with those who cannot attend in-person, a private restroom and several set-up options depending on the size of your group. Even though we have several menu options, from ordering from our full menu or a custom limited menu made specifically for your event, to arranging lunch orders or buffet service, menu planning is made simple with the assistance of our Event Coordinator.
If the VIP Room is not the right size for your event, our Banquet Room can fit up to 300 guests and includes the use of the adjacent open-air patio. This space also features an LCD Projector, with a 12’ x 12’ Screen, and a podium and microphone for your presentation needs. Additionally, the set-up and clean-up is included with your booking. Again, several menu options are available to suit the size and needs of your event. We offer a vast selection of hors d’oeuvres displays and packages, plated and buffet menu options, and options for beverage stations or bar service.
