The time has finally come! The Quarry Grill Restaurant is officially open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, and with that, comes our new menus! Over the past several months, our team has been hard at work taste-testing new menu items and tweaking the design of the menus. While we’ve retired a few dishes and wines, we are thrilled with what our team has created for you this year!
Our goal of providing you fresh, fantastic food continues by sourcing our ingredients from local suppliers and our Bucks Run Team Garden. Only the best ingredients go into the dishes we prepare for you. This year, we have added a few new share plates, a salad, burger, and entrées. We have also updated our wine list, and added the new option to purchase any wine by either the glass or bottle.

Honey Bourbon Smoked Salmon Board
6oz in-house smoked bourbon salmon, with herb cream cheese and grilled bruschetta
Bacon Jam Scallops
Four pan seared scallops on zucchini parmesan cakes, topped with lingdonberry bacon jam

Pan seared Ahi Tuna, avocado, cucumber, pineapple, jalapeno & rice, topped with Asian sesame sauce

Maker's Mark BBQ Burger
A half pound of our blended ground beef, pan-fried or char-grilled, topped with shaved prime rib, house-made Makers Mark BBQ sauce, gorgonzola cheese sauce and crispy onion tangles

Also, with the great success of our Bone-In Filet, we have added a 14oz Bone-In Ribeye that has unbelievable flavor and taste!
We can’t wait for you to be wowed by our new menus and team this year. As a reminder, the Quarry Grill Restaurant is open daily beginning at 11AM, with dinner beginning at 5PM. As always, our $24.95 Prime Rib & Lobster Tail special will also be available every Friday & Saturday, starting at 5PM.
